Does anyone know the size of the fuel tank in a Currawong 30? I think it's either 40 litres or 60 litres but I can't remember which. Thanks.

That advert was for Kinora. I bought her in May 2020. The original diesel and water tanks in the cabin floor have been blocked off by a previous owner, no idea why. Water is now in the starboard settee berth (110 litres) and fuel (40 litres) was in a dodgy locker cut into the starboard cockpit seat which has now been converted to a water tight (ish) compartment.

Andrew Maticka or Ramona might be along soon with capacities for the floor tanks.

While we are on the subject but risking some thread drift, does anyone know how difficult replacing or re-lining the floor tanks would be? 40 litres is a range of about 100 nm at best. Also, should there be limber holes or drainage pipes running under the floor past the tanks to drain the sump under the mast to the bilge?

@godicans - do you have a Currawong now or are you looking to buy one?

Cheers,
Kinora

I can't find Ramona's measurement certificate but I'm fairly confident it was 40 litres.
