A good story and excellent outcome with the Dunc. After all that work (and having a superb cruising yacht) how long did you keep her and why did you sell her?
8 years, SA to Tassie to Far North QLD, I just prefer larger volume for live aboard hence my previous upsizes. I'm happy now @ 42 feet , 3.99m beam.
