At first my Windows 10 computer would not open Seabreeze.
Then my Android phone decided not to , so I am using an old XP to send this.
The message I get is Secure Connection Failed and the advice is to contact the page which is what I am doing now.
Any suggestions?

Are you running a VPN system on both devices? E.g. bitdefender. I have issues with some sites and have to shut it down.
No VPN. Just usual systems . The message states

I really don't understand what is too long. It is the same address that it has always been.
I don't want to be locked out as I enjoy the site.

I cannot remember the message Gary but I had similar issue after my ipad updated a few months ago. What I did was delete my seabreeze bookmark ,ie. not use that address. Rebooted the ipad and then going in by looking up ,say, IOR hull shapes and clicking on the seabreeze address for that subject. I dont know if that actually solved my issue but since then I can go straight into seabreeze by just typing'seabreeze'

Just tried that Terry.
1. removed Seabreeze book mark
2. restarted computer.
3, typed "seabreeze sailing " into search.
Got the same message. (Secure Connection Failed)
So no go.

Hi Gary,
you're not using Firefox as your browser by any chance ? and are you using the same browser on your phone as the PC?
Gary, can you please contact Laurie with an explanation (or just direct him back to this thread). Contact button down the bottom of the page.
Hi Garry, is your browser software up to date?
i don't allow auto updates and had a similar issue a while back when a website I look at updated their servers and support for my old browser version was dropped. The error msg was a bit cryptic but basically my browser did not support the longer ssl keys that were then being used.
Well my Android phone has magically reconnected but the Windows 10 still won't.
Shaggy, I am using Firefox on all 3 devices , Windows 10, Android and XP. Only the 10 won't connect now.
Drogue. You might be onto something there. My guess is the browser automatically updates.
Toph. I will pass all of this on when I get home tonight.
Thank you all.
