Has anyone had experience with Broadwater stove / oven ? since the purchase of my new vessel I have not been able to keep the grill lit once I remove the gas ignition. I have pulled the grill unit apart and inspected the components and all seems clear . It won't stay light even if I use a lighter so I conclude it's cuput! and doubt I will find a gas fitter in my country area that has a idea or the time to resolve the problem. Any ideas? 
It's most likely a failed thermocouple. Flame sensor shut off device. Easy replacement.
Had a similar problem with my Broadwater top burners. It would stay on as long as I held the gas knob in, but go out when I let the knob go. I found that the the gas knob shaft wasn't being pushed far enough in to reach the face of the magnet. Scrunched up a pit of paper (or something) and poked it in the hole in the knob so the shaft couldn't go as far in to the knob. Which resulted in the shaft then being pushed far enough into the valve to reach the magnet. Never had a problem after that.
Maybe you know this already, but the thermocouple that sits in the flame produces a voltage (hence current) that powers a very small magnet (and very weak) in the back of the hand valve on your stove. So weak that you need to push the mechanism inside the hand valve hard up against the magnet before it can hold it.
