It has been for sale for close on 4 years, and now has a seized motor.
Has always looked like a nice clean boat but as the years go by there must be more to it or somebody would have picked it up .
the guy who owns it is not the easiest person to talk to and I could say is the problem .
Somebody on here must know the story or been out to have a look at it ?

I'm not familiar with the particular boat but have owned two D29's. it is interesting in the fit out is similar to a Compass 28 and looks to be professionally done. It would have been a Duncanson built as it has the metal frame windows, maybe fitted out in Sydney?
The price seems fair if there is not a problem with osmosis. Repowering could add about 15k to the cost. re rigging say 5k and sails maybe 6k. Things to consider. They are great sea boats.
