The old thread was too old to carry on with, but for those with an interest, she's just come of the slip
The internal diagonal transom planks where shot so I cut them down to the loaded water line & layed up 2x 18mm marine ply
The prop damage was repaired but needed this 30t puller arrangement & some added magic to get it off
By the way I'm sort of in the market for a spare if anyone knows of one of these props ( just incase it happens again)
Replaced the cutlass bearing while I was at it, still have to finish the aft deck transom joint. Full ahead and smooth as
