Looks to have sold , I bet it sailed beautifully , though a Mizzenmast can be a pain in the ass the old timers had them for a reason and I for one love them and no not for hanging the radar on.

That's a whole lot of unnecessary top weight. Clansmans are a very small 30 footer with a compact cockpit. That one would be a nightmare to live with. A nice simple rig like they use on Free Range Sailing would be better. I would do the mainsail reefing different but their boat would be much more pleasant to sail.
They do use a mizzenmast on very small craft and having used one to steer the boat ,
ride a storm out both on anchor and at sea and dropping down very quickly to a well balanced boat in sudden wind strength I have become a fan
