My stockpile of tyres is getting low and I thought I might see where others get them from. I am happy to import in quantity but there is no point duplicating the process if there is already a system in place somewhere. Last year (06) I paid 17 for tyres and 5 for tubes.

I got these type from the Mullins Wheels factory in SA, $10.00 for tyre and tube. Not sure what size they are though, I'll check tonight if you think they're close.

Those are the ones Phil. 4.80/4.00-8 at a guess.

Mullins have a warehouse in east vic park and the tyres /tubes your looking for . theyare a wholesaler so you need to turn up with cash ,or a business name /ABN
ring ahead to check on stock.

As Paul said, for some reason if you turn up with cash they sell them to you for trade @ $10.00 for tyre and tube. I don't have an ABN but I said I was in the ALYC so that might be why.

Just go to the trade counter at the factory at 25 Cheviot Road Salisbury. It's only open Mon-Fri though.
