I do like the steering + mast combination set up, very clever. You might need some bearings rather than just bushes there as there would be considerable down force at that point.

I think Hiko is on to something, the seat back looks too far forward.

I could be wrong, however I thought the idea was to put the centre of gravity just forward of the back wheels, with just enough weight on the nosewheel to be able to steer?

Also, (and my spanich is not great but) the tube sizes look small. Generally 316 stainless is not as strong as steel, but even with steel 43 x 1.5 i think would be too weak. What sizes are usung in the blowies?

One thing it is wise to keep in mind is The KISS Principal (Keep It Simple Stupid) and also keep in mind Murphy's or Sods Law , "If it can go wrong, it will go wrong" The same as applies to a slice of Buttered Toast when dropped, it will inevitably fall buttered side down..

Certainly I create to have measured the distances to my stature (1' 60 mts).
