I have a 7 Epic screamer used half a dozen times with bar but unfortunately a snapped front line. the kite and bar are in near new cond and were bought last summer.
I'm currently in the market for a decent speargun.. Good chance for someone to pick up a bargain kite.

Was going to suggest going for the Tuna rather than the Sparid. There isn't a lot to spear around Perth which only leaves getting out on a boat for pelagics. Get something around 1.4m. I use a 1m gun around shallow coral and reefy areas up the north, but no use for it in Perth.
I dunno what this guy is saying ^^^^^^ I regularly spear solid fish out of the metro. Get a 1.1 for demersal or if you aren't sure about size. A 1.4 for pelagics if you think you can handle yourself.
Yeah plenty of decent fish to spear around metro if your on a boat, just sometimes takes a while to find them. My 1.2 is what I use most the time in Perth for an allrounder, hardly use the 1.4m.
