lol i dont want to know about anything under 17 knots i might be getting picki but i remember summers of past that had good sea breezes at least 4 times a week. maybe we were just lucky. Im movin to perth!
There was one week after Christmas that was ok ! Yep, its been rubbish this season. Not even worth going the lightwind kite - frontal winds would mean making the news by ending up in power lines. At least the wife and kids are happy - lots more family time.
Never been to Inverloch, but wouldn't it be very gusty on a Westerly? Maybe you get a slight funneling effect when it's blowing East, but from the looks of it, the only direction for clean wind seems more or less straight South. Just guessing form Google Maps.
