Great session at the end of 13th gutted I ran out of time. Really enjoyed my first session in decent waves.
Yeh Bancoora was great .My new dice are great. more drift better stability loving the north life. Crashed my 8 got eaten flipped the kite twice.Got myself sorted it popped straight up and off i went >
I was riding dads 5'8" axis new wave. Great board but too big for me.Got a few smooks and a 5'4" new wave on the way. The new wave are the best board to learn tricks/jumps and goes well in the waves.Very easy to ride and smooth as.
Whoever picked that end of the beach was a genius lol. Can't believe we got wind, waves AND sun. Thought we were going to be kiting in the snow when James and I were pumping up at Point Danger
Point Impossible was fun the wind was strong at times We had the on and off wind issue. Also my line snapped and I had my 1st self rescue. I drifted for a very long time and touch land at the end of the beach break. I didn't closed the lid on the valve properly and now I have 400 mm of sea water inside the bladder. Also roll up the lines but don't disengage the line. I lost my bar when the set broken on me. cheers

Suniboy did you find your board? I found a 1/2 of a surfboard today at breamlea this morning
Yeah man, one of the boys found it washed up near point impossible later that afternoon.
It's been one lucky board, I think it's traveled a fair amount of the VIC coast on its own in the last few years.
