Hey guys,
Wishing you all an awesome Christmas - hope santa brings you lots of toys! Catch you in the new year! Keep safe.

BTW, they'll be a Tassie contingent heading to the Wave Nats in Feb - it's first in best dressed. What we lack in actual ability we'll make up in the pub - should be a heaps fun trip for those who are keen (3 at this stage). There's a website with instructions on how to register.

Llama - I'm still laughing about, but not entirely stoked on your Tshirt design. Could mine please NOT reference any maps -haha!! Enjoy falls bro.

Ha have fun on the boat I expect to see some sweet wave shots from your new toy!

Ok the deal is if there's no map reference then u must have one of the logos from the recent ducks nuts competition - so is it the map, the elk, or the tiger-duck pic???

Team growling duck had heaps of fun at the Nats. We didn't win a frozen chicken but.....

Samio blasted through his heats into round three of the masters (top 8 I think). Super light winds in rd 3 made the going tough and to give you an idea of the standard - the guy who got 3rd in the mens open, got second in the masters. You rock Sam.

JK was looking super solid, busting some sick strapless moves the day prior to his heat but got duped on the day by light winds making it difficult to get out through the solid 4 foot surf (with some 5 foot set waves). He was also mainly upagainst strapped riders, who, in those conditions had the advantage. Would have loved to see him compete in conditions like the day before - he was ripping on the attack helo!

I had a shocker of a first heat and was lucky to make it through. Thanks heaps JK who dragged me back up the beach with Mike after I couldn't get back upwind. Things picked up after that though and i got second, stoked to be in the final with Michel Blinkhorn.

It was a really well run event and great to have a tassie contingent there - thanks Dan and Ando.

Awesome event indeed! The Tassie crew made a real effort to enjoy themselves to the utmost! Lisa came 2nd in an International Event!! Awesome effort Lisa!

The wind never really showed us it's colours, but the partying was excellent and lets not forget to mention the BIG AIR WINNER AT THE NATIONALS WAS..... ANDO!!! Riding strangles old Flexfoil 12m in near to no wind, the Ando machine looped it and rode the sand wave up the beach to take out the title!

Good work all round, I had a great time and really enjoyed getting to watch how other crew hit up the waves.

See you all soon!
