Did anyone see the dude on the green ozone totally lose his bar and kite after unhooking in the shallows near 7th ave around 4pm today? Not sure what the hell he was doing but all I saw was the kite rolling end over end for 100 metres with the bar trailing on the sandflats towards the esplanade.

If your the guy then just imagine if the kite had made it to the running track/road/powerlines/houses/people walking/kids... Hope you are insured!

If it wasn't for the guy who grabbed your kite (dude walking his kite out) you would have been farked!

My point is.... If you do dumb stuff like that you will get the sport banned from sandgate. Sundays are busy days.... Smarten up as you will give us all a bad rep...
