Hi there,
I just arrived in Brisbane and I'd like to go kitesurfing along the coast... Trouble is, I don't have a car and I'm not familiarised with the kitesurfing spots and wind condition.

Is there an easy way I can reach the beach by public transport, sharing cars or else (renting a car)?
What is the most reliable wind forcast website? and is there anything I should be aware of i.e. water current, no wind spot or else?

Thank you,
Seb

Sandgate would be the best go. Good public transport. Wynnum Manly and Wello have crap transport and are crap spots.

Thank you very much for your help...
I will be in Brisbane for about 4 months and at the moment I stay in the fortitude valley area so I should be able to catch the train at Brunswick station. Thks Remo, will look at the Sandgate beach option (hopefully, there are no sharks or other dangerous animals).
