There have been a few different threads about fitness etc but thought I'd start a new one.

I started doing Pilates half way through last year and found that the increased Core Strength and flexibility has allowed me more time on the water without being fatigued as well as no longer waking up stiff and sore. I can also touch my toes for the first time since my early thirties!

There is a great class happening on Tuesday evenings for beginners to intermediate in Buderim for guys and on Wednesday evenings for the girls. At $9 per class this has been one on the best investments I've ever made in myself!

PM me if you would like the contact details to join us.

Cheers, Shaun

Totally agree!

I have just started doing some yoga and this new thing called Balcore https://www.facebook.com/TryBalCore?fref=ts which is sort of a mix of yoga and core fitness training, check out the facebook page if you are in Brisbane and interested! I found that the benefits of doing this when it comes to kiteboarding are amazing! You just feel so much more limber, flexible etc. I think it has even opened me up to more successfully doing new tricks! plus just much better flow through the movement on the water
And i am only 28, the benefits are well worth it!!
