Brisbane and interested! I found that the benefits of doing this when it comes to kiteboarding are amazing! You just feel so much more limber, flexible etc. I think it has even opened me up to more successfully doing new tricks! plus just much better flow through the movement on the water

And i am only 28, the benefits are well worth it!!
