Is anyone heading out this Sunday 23rd of May. Are there any good spots in a NE wind. I don't want to go out in off shore winds and I was thinking about the east coast of yorks.

Milang is pretty good in a NNE and there is plenty of water in the lake at the moment.

unless its real NE-E the wall at north haven can be fun.

also if you like the waves the mid can be worth a look.

enjoy

Hi,

If it has N NE in it will be at Southport on Mid coast. If too E NE will go to Milang.

Feels like it's been forever since last ride.

Thanks for the advise guys. I am not keen on hitting the wall with an off shore blowing. Myself and a mate will check the wind on the day and decide between south port and Milang.

I think the wall will still be working on a NNE, It'll probably end up being more northerly anyway

Yeah, its either Black Point or Milang, metro beaches all offshore. Black Point is likely to have more wind according to this:

Was OK at Pine Point today until the wind turned more Northerly. Didn't get the strongest wind as forecast but was still alright.

Thanks for the advice all.
was looking forward the the wall all week.
had more fun at milang.
only thing that ruined it was my new bladder kept needing air after each lap.

I was wondering what is the water level like at Milang? Haven't been down there for about a month, and the water is supposed to still be rising. Were there many down thetre?

Thanks for the graph. From that data, the water should be filling the bay to the north of the main jetty. Anybody have any pictures? Here's a couple from another time.
