Hey Guys and Girls,

SAKSA is trying to get a course race series up and running with the first event to begin this friday (28th January) at the Grange Sailing Club. Briefing will be held about 5:30 with the race to kick off around 6. Downstairs at the sailing club will be open, so shower facilities, drinks and a BBQ will be available on the night.

We are looking to run 4 Course races at Grange over the coming months with the other dates still to be finalised.

This is aimed at being a fun event where everyone can come down and give it a go, so get down to Grange this fri night for a bit of fun.

See you all there.

Hey Guys and Girls,

Just a bit of an update. We have just confired and given the afternoon forecast is for 15 to 20 knot South Westerlies its definately on for this arvo. Given the wind has dropped out early the last few days we have decided to bring the start time forward fractionally to a 5:30pm start. If you cant get there until 6 thats cool 2, as heats will still be underway.

Even if the worst happens and the wind doesnt come up still come down to share some kite stories over a few drinks.

See u all down at Grange.

Yeah thanks to all the crew that came down to give it a go. Was great catching up with you all and despite the wind dropping out it allowed the committee to work out what did and didnt work so we can get it right next time.

Watch this space for the dates of the next twilight race night.
