I'm heading to France in a few days and will get to try this concept out.
I have a Slash and can't fault it.
Being able to swap fins for Foil adds a whole new versatility.

I was going to say something different about how it looks, but that would be spoiling the fun. ??

The idea is to have a system that doubles as a surfboard with fins, then switch it to a foil board for course racing or very light wind.

Some use the front strap only to aid in rough water starts but take foot out when under way.

One of the pioneers in Hawaii, Mango Manning, was working on strapless foil boarding back in 2006. Great guy and got my first foil board from him when you had to wear snow board boots.
