I got the feeling that although it is a web based sale, Chris wants to make sure that you get a kite that is right, and with me, has backed it up with direct contact.
Right, there is a color per size as standard for online orders, trying to make everything easier (as orders and stock management) but offering a full range of colors at a small charge on preorders.
It's also possible to order custom colors or whole custom design (price will depend on logos size, etc.), but contact is needed in this case, just to make sure that you get exactly what you want. Detailed info here:
