untimely review but might interest second hand buyer I guess. Had to share the stoke.

My Comments: Lost my 2010 recoil the other day... don't want to talk about it. But today was awesome. A mate hooked me up with his Cardboard Tempo at a price within my budget and I loved it. Cheers, Scotty (totally diff to my last board) My 2010 recoil or 2009 recoil comp (same board diff graphics) was a litlle longer 134, narrower and flatter on the bottom. Tempo has double concave, is wider in the middle, 130 long, a bit more rocker and cut in more at the corners. I could edge a little harder up wind on the recoil but love everything else about the tempo more. Recoil was all about being super light and stuff.. This tempo just felt lighter underfoot, probably due to being very light and being wider i guess? I think it must just be about time i rode something with smaller fins, and a slightly more aggressive shape. Tempo was much softer on the landings. I was coming in fast with kite low in ways i would of landed really hard and stacked on my recoil but rode away comfy as every time on the Tempo. I was stoked. Each landing was surprisingly soft. I don't really understand how that works, but I loved it.

kinda dumb to compare such difference boards but thats what i been riding and until now, loving. Don't get me wrong, I still love the 2010 recoil but this Tempo is definitely the board for me now. Stoked.
