Guys, thinking about getting rimy beginner board and looking to get a laluz. Thought about 135cm.
I'm 95kg, my beginner board was a airush swith in 142 or so.
Should work with a 135, or? Does it fit with shoe size 44-45?
Have 3 kites, 6, 10 and 12.

I'm just a noob too
so I'm really not qualified to answer this
but I just love the sound of my own voice so here's my 2 cents
I'm 85kg and started on a 135
the only time I had a problem with it was when I was underpowered
after I lost it I got a 142
that thing handled like a truck
I've got another 135 now
as for shoe size
most boards are about 41 wide
I'm also size 45 and I have the unusual complaint of 41 being just a little too wide
on a 39 I don't need to slide my feet back on the pads to edge as hard as possible
also, I've heard more experienced kiters say (and I agree) that the smaller you can ride the better (so long as you can still float)
whilst it's not often mentioned in kiting, a surfer will always know the thickness of their board,
I can't say that it's worth considering, coz I haven't researched it at all
but it might make a difference.

I'm 90kg and have the 135 Laluz, it's a great board. Kite sizes 5, 7, 9, 12 and 15. I ride a ctrl 142 with boots but only have straps on the laluz (not designed for boots)
Your feet will be fine in those straps.

Thanks for that guys. I'm just not sure if I should grab a 135 or 138. Don't wanna wear boots, was just not sure if shoe size 45 (without boots) will fit on the board, or if I have trouble edging.

I was kind enough to take a photo of my foot for you in the strap (foot measures 11 inches)
