chittaway bay is a suitable location for you in se and ne winds, flat water plenty of room. Just make sure you suss out locations to land downwind if you need it. I havent kited there for a few years( I prefer waves) but there used to new a few kiters there every time I turned up. The only real drawback to that spot is the mud which stinks a bit!.
Actually the drawback to Chittaway Bay is the fact that is missing the water. I've kited there last year and it was really really shallow. Last time I've been there (end of 2012) it was dry for 100 meters before you would get to the water.
