Hello everyone,
since 2 months we have our own weather station.
Situated 30 Meters from the ground and 10m on top of the roof of the Sanur Beach Hotel.

The readings are pretty accurate and give you an idea of what the wind is doing.

PLEASE NOTE that the reading go online when I turn ON my computer!
The data are updated every 15 minutes and there is a 15 minutes delay...

Also on Facebook we have a Group "Kitesurf Bali" where I write a daily report so that can keep tracking of what the conditions where in the past days.

You timed that well Geoff,
I haven't had a kite yet but could have yesterday, there hasn't been much wind all week, unseasonal amounts of cloud and rain was messing with things but it returned to blue skies and regular trade winds yesterday. I can already see the odd whitecap so I will taking the kite with me today.

Hasn't been much swell (for here) either but I have still managed a good surf or 2 everyday, have just had to travel a bit and the traffic is absolutely crazy so it takes ages to get anywhere.
Swell looks like increasing next week right in time for you lot of stragglers
