Nah it's totally apt'. Windsurfer going up and back not doing a whole lot and a turtlehunter deep in a barrel.
When the swell peaked on Fri late session with a super low tide there weren't that many kiters out there, maybe 1 or 2 perhaps the turtles were hiding in there shells[

It was pumping....big death steps on the face and almost dry reef on the bubble it wouldnt have been a good place to drop a kite, so cant really blame them for not going out.
Pretty mellow crowd this year shared heaps of waves with kiters they would wait to see if i was on it then flick off and grab the one behind. Thanks guys for keeping it fair.
But when it got big us windsurfer were still the guys to watch
