My advice is don't waste money on expensive poly coats. Given your skills I imagine it's gonna look worse.

Give it a wipe with something and be honest with buyers. Some buyers would be happy to save $50 for a cloudy but otherwise sound board.
Don't lie about it, everyone here has already gone "note to self: do not buy board from kinchencool unless it's cheap" so you're better to be honest and upfront when selling.
