Oh nice. If only we had hills like that here in Australia...
we do .The problem is getting there .I have found over the years snowkiting that it is a big upwind and uphill slog to get to the top of the ramshead range with lots of gusty stuff and lee of the hill winds (which are actually surprisingly clean in spots) .there is a spot on the range just above cootapatamba hut that is epic . it holds the snow well and the prevailing westerly wind comes straight up the hill and is clean as with nothing in the way .The snow is good windblown stuff and its a hoot ,just a big mission to get to .
