I have a 133cm "freeride". I love it too. But i'd be lying if i said i have owned any other brand of board, so i'm sure that there is probably better around. Just make sure you check all the screw tightness when you get it as i had a footstrap fall off after a week (but recovered and screwed back on).

Sweet boards, Australian made, more customable than most boards on the market with a price to match. Very happy with mine.

Im currently saving for a new cardboard to replace my LF Element 128. I had a demo of a 133cm single concave the other day in choppy conditions at brighton, QLD.
Its Awesome... the footpads are comfy as and the little notches to lock ya toes over help aswell.
Cuts upwind very nicely with a small rocker yet still absorbs the chop with ease. (the board had a soft flex)

Ive spoken to a fair few ppl who ride a cardboard aswell and have all told me there stoked!
Yeah, there made in AUS, so support the local guys.

Love them..... awesome boards have had two freerides both 126 and unfortunatly broken both of them within a year.
( first one was replaced within a week , have not told them about the second break ...yet )
Recently purchased the len10 Lunacy which I have now ridden about 12 times but I still find myself wanting to get back on the cardboards.

Highly Highly recommend them

Agreed, these boards are great!

Also agreed, Kurt up in QLD is a great bloke and helped me out with a Cardboards (plus some other gear). Check out his website (BKB), I believe he has some decent deals at the mo (no I don't rep for him, just a satisfied customer!)...

Ive had a 128 cardboard for 2 years now.Great board. It is a very light board, good pop off the water, super hard rails have been riding up on the beach for a while and only slight scratches in the rails. As matygee mentioned check the screw tightness on the straps every now and then.I got a demo board off Dan with the graphics I was after for $650.If you want to save some cash that might be an option.

Thanks for all the positive comments, and thank for your support of an Aust Co.

I would just like to take this opportunity to have a quick pimp of our 08 range. For a start, our freeride and tempo boards have a combination of timber and linear pvc foam core which gives the best possible strength to weight ratio, heaps of pop and doesn’t weigh a tone like some full timber core boards do!! We also run two different PBT surfaces, the bottom has a matte finish (superior laminar flow performance and high scratch resistance) on the deck of our boards we use gloss( high bling factor!!)

We have a crap load of options, red/black or white ABS rails, 3 different pad/strap/handle colour options, stance width, board flex, 40mm or 50mm fins, and a large range of graphics to choose from.

Our pad and strap combination is completely unique and offers a huge range of adjustment options. We have a WORLD FIRST for kiteboarding; we have an integrated stainless steel tool that fits inside your strap and allows you to tighten any of the bolts on your board anywhere any time!

Kite boarding is a passion of ours, if you call the office and no one answers we’ll be at the beach. We ride and test every chance we get.

We also support many other Australian companies, all our ABS, timber, fiberglass etc is made in OZ we get everything we possibly can from local suppliers.

Cheers Dan

“Harry” sorry to hear about your 07 126!! Drop us an e-mail some time and I will sort out another board for you if you like (08 timber/ foam core much much stronger!)?

I had them make me a board to custom dimensions. They did a good job. It works really well. Looks good and is lasting fine.

They did not put the foot straps exactly where I wanted them but there was enough adjustment in the plates to get everything right.
