Well done Lac!
Any chance of giving some details on how you got the boogy boarder back to the beach?
The most obvious way I guess is to get them to hold the back of the harness, or the end of your safety bungee, and this probably works for a boogy boarder.
However, a while back, I helped a swimmer who was in a bad way back to the beach, and it wasn't as easy as it sounds.
Afterwards, when I had a chance to think about it, I thought in future in the same situation I would hop off the board just up wind and get them to climb onto the board, then body drag back to the beach towing the board. That way they would probably be ok even if I lost them for a bit.
If anyone else has thoughts, or experience, I'd be interested in the details so that I have a few options in my head.
I cannot for the life of me understand why Nerks reply has been red thumbed . Is there some brain dead imbecile out there that has nothing better to do .
I grabbed the front of the board and he just stayed on the board and I dragged him in .It was a bit awkward but he was light and it worked .I reckon the best option is to get them to grab the handle on the harness
