I don't know but I do notice the big Aussie flag at Scarborough gets changed regularly. I recon it gets shredded once if not twice a year.
I'm pretty sure all of the winds socks in NSW (or at least Wollongong) have had absolutely no use this summer! Maybe we could send them across!
