I've tried specific bladder glues such as the type included in repair kits in new kites. Good old super glue does the job just as well and sticks quicker. Make sure plastic is listed on the applications list as certain glues can eat away at plastics.
I used a plastics glue I found at Bunnings, as a stop gap on an old kite where both the inflate and deflate came off as the glue was so old. It worked really well and has lasted about a year now. It was easier to peel the valve off entirely and then flatten it out, I cleaned with alcohol then used the primer on the kite and the glue on the bladder (it comes in 2 parts).
Then I found the stick on valves, which look even easier again, but if you can't wait then the glue works fine.
Alternatively it is an excellent excuse to buy a new kite!
