Truthfully you'd be doing well to get a carton for either. 10 y/o well used kites are like 10 y/o well used Australian cars. Can't give them away especially once you mention repairs or needs work.

If dropping the price doesn't work, try doubling the price. It might give the impression of being worth more and having buyers fighting over it. Stranger things have happened!!
