As I am going to Wagga for 2 weeks from Sunday all the newy kiters can safely bet that the forecast will continue to improve.

So while this summer hasnt been great its about to get better.

Thats my sacrificing done hopefully we can all take it in turns going away to ensure the wind sticks around in autumn.

well despite the mossie and fly plague and humidity and storms like Darwin and virtually no Ne'ers, when there has been wind there has been good waves .Having said that there would be beginners and flat water lovers who would be fed up with 5 years of la nina and are looking forward to your trip to Wagga as it seems to coincide with a good run of Ne'ers.(They are probably hoping that next summer you spend all of it in Wagga if it brings NE'ers)
Maybe while your there check with the locals if its ok for them to return to searing Wagga summers and drought so that the NE'ers might return here

I.m actually looking for a pus southerly that has predominated for ever until I bought my yacht last week that i would now like to sail up from sydney so maybe we are all to blame.

FYI I have sheduled to leave Newy in April, june, july and september, so maybe a good year ahead

nope but have found other things to do like most others around here and i too am looking forward to the so called off season .Lazy days on the boat with friends and cheap season pass at Thredbo with my wife kids and friends (already used 4 days of it last season ) and no more chasing wind

I'm out of the water as well my partner is 3 days over due first child .She told my if i missed the birth because i was out kite surfing i would be a dead man !

I would much rather be going to Miami instead of wagga.

I've kited the lake in wagga before so I might take the kites.

Where I kited there was only 5 of us out there.

I'm keen to do a downwinder with you guys when I get back but the wind will probably be gone by then.

im keen, missed out on the crap today, dads 80th birthday party was more important to me.

I had to drive around the car park 3 times to get a park.

Surf was one foot.

However, I had it to myself for an hour, then the crowd grew to 3 kites and 3 polies.

Wind was consistent and robust.

The little left running off the reef was surprisingly fun and abundant.

Best kite I've had for a month at least.

Congratulations stuntnaz, hope wife, future kiter and you are all doing well.

Life as you know it has changed very much.

PS Add a few little kites (for the young bloke - of course) to the quiver using the baby bonus!!! Tell her while she's still sedated and euphoric
