Nice.
I'd not have expected that from a 12m kite.
It looks like a pretty good solution to the light-wind problem.
And if it's so powerful in light winds, surely it'd be a good racing kite too yeah?
That was a pretty entertaining vid too; LOL at the big guy getting pulled off his feet.
And what's up with that big guy kiting for 12 years and never doing a transition before?
Are there really people out there like that??
Hey Oceanfire

Its not a 12m.. he was joking, its just called the
Infinity light wind kite because at 8 or 12 knots your only gonna grab your... light wind kite

no number necessary..
Yeah he has some funny stuff - but Im really glad I dont know what car he drives ;) lol
Remember you were wondering about light wind kiteing in 10 knots.
The Infinety V2 is designed specifically for the intermediate to advanced rider as a 6-12 knot kite on a twin tip board that obviusly can be ridden to higher wind ranges.
As far as a lightwind race kite - Epic have their 11/14/17m
'Specific' Racer kite that I think are in R & D mode being designed for what the riders want a kite to do paired with a raceboard in race situations, some kites are being tested at overseas race comps and doing well already.
As far as the guy and transitions go lol dont know, but what i did like - is he had a good sized belly happening

and it was gettin hauled around the bay. Thats what led me to buy the 2011 one... though its not as powerful as the latest V2&3.
By the way - the bar throw in the reviews is ok for the set wind range - could have been longer for more depower which I moded with a easy Naish smartloop kit conversion and it will let me stay on the water if gusting from 8-20knots so all good there.
Butat a steady 15 knots id pack it away and use my 11 or 12m - its more fun and faster loops
So if you want a
Fun
light wind/not racer kite - apart from relaunch, it better have that bottom end ...
