This is called the kitewing, its basically a mini hang glider you grapple with...saw it a while back while learning Hang Gliding.
i think its gonna be one of those sports that COULD have been good, but was marketed wrong and falls into the category of stored in the basement or attic until the craze comes round again...much like the yoyo or bouncy balls.
