Hey Guys,

I was on a SUP holiday in Fiji with family and caught this footage off Shangri-La Hotel. As you can see it's a top spot. I wonder if he is a Breezer.
I am sure it is not the most exciting footage but it is the first video I have edited with iMovie and uploaded on vimeo so it's all a bit new to me.
The bloody vid was pausing every 20 secs approx so not sure if it's my vid or connection. feedback appreciated.

hey why not . Fine for a first attempt nice tunes can just see a few time the camera "loading/saving " file I guess it is. Prolly try and stick with the subject a bit more seems most kite movies never really include the kite at all unless it happens to be in the shot.

what camera you useing

I always find a couple shots of vodka steady the hand tho it tends to go down hill after just another shot maybe one more!

I am using a 3 year old Sony HDD. I know the footage is ordinary - It was a spur of the moment decision to film as I was filming my kids at the beach and panned around to pick up the kiteboarder. I probably had a few Fiji Bitters under my belt at the time also. It was difficult to get the kite in the shot also as he was quite a distance away at times and needed to zoom in a bit.

Why wasn't he kiting in the surf? Crazy!

Wasn't doing anything, even with a camera pointed at him. Thats just weird

I'm going there end of Feb. anyone know if theres wind that time of year. do you know if he launched off the beach out by the pool or further around the bay.

I seen him launch out front. Can only do it at full tide.

It was a one off vid as I'm into Sup but that kite boarding looks fun.
