I'm in between beginner and intermediate. Looking For boards now That i have a little kite control
What do u think about this kiteboard:

Firstly, your post belongs in either newbies or gear reviews. Without ever having ridden that board I can easily say that's the worst review I have ever read. Even if you get the smaller board I think you'll need a skippers ticket to pilot such a large vessel. Go to your local kiteshop, ask for some advice, buy whatever they sell you. You're not ready to be buying off the internet.
What size would you consider? And could you name a couple of good freeride boards, which aren't the most expensive.
I'm 1.83m and weigh 80 kg.
I mostly ride flat water. And between 13 to 25kts.
My learning board was a lightwind board 141 x 43.

Head to your local shop. It's that time of year when they're ditching the old demos and school boards usually pretty cheap.
Ask then then what's best. For you. If your just getting into it, you'll find 'most' shops will give you good advice and sell you something suitable. Also, a good relationship with your local kite shop is always a good thing.

the problem with boards these days is that size doesnt mean anything anymore. A 130x40 isnt necessarily harder to get upwind or to waterstart with compared to a 140x41. There's a lot of factors now which come into it.

not at all. of course a 160 x 51 board will be sort of easier to waterstart and go upwind compared to a 130x 28 board but that doesn't help you when the 160 x 51 board behaves like **** in chop and hence you actually get less of an upwind angle then with the smaller board.
A good example of a small board which munches chop and goes easy upwind is the shinn monk.
If you are thinking of the shinn monk make sure you test ride it. All the reviews people rave about it but I found it felt like a soggy bit of plywood. There is a heap of boards out there just test ride as many as you can
Not all shop owners will advise you well on the best board for you - some will tell you the best is the one they can't get rid of.
You will save a bundle buying a second hand board. Just search this forum for discussion on boards and buy what majority claims is very good. Have not tried many boards but Shinn Monk is a legendary favourite of many. I ride Shinn Dundee 135 at 105 kg - it is also a good all around board. At your weight you probably only need a 132-133 long Shinn.
There are other good boards but you can't go wrong with these two if want a general all around freeride board 
if your goal is wake-style kiting on flat water, you woul be better off with a stiffer board but it will not ride well in choppy water and you will feel long sessions in your sore joints ( unless you are a young puppy and nothing ever hurts yet 
)
