Fellas, I reckon this bloke is asking for a carby for a 78 Kingswood and you are giving hime formula one EFI advice??
Keep it simple and pay attention to how/when you are jamming your rear foot (if you are).
What kind of kite are you flying - bow/hybrids, C etc? I ask this cause I am new to bows - from Cs - and find I have been rotating forward (not over as in a forward roll) so have been getting a bit blind by mistake. I think there is very differant launch/flight characteristics at play and need to unlearn my old boost method.
Also are you boosting in wind that is very 'side-on' to the swell or running pretty much straight behind the swell? Wind that is side on to the swell makes it very easy to accidently rotate I reckon.
Good luck with the carby.
