Wow, that really sucks... Just throws some light on how easy we all have it kiting most of the time, when you hit concrete it doesn't move!
Hope you get better soon dude, hopefully you didn't hurt too many ligaments as a break is far better and you should be back stronger than before!

Also I'm curious to know how he broke his leg doing that as by your description he wouldn't have even got air. Also more curious to know how you do a lay-back while grabbing the board, I've never seen anyone do that in my life.
