No this bull shark had just gobbled up a very small kiter who is about to be cut out of the shark. The guy caught it just after it happened no bull (groan)
Not the first attack but might be the first death. Alwin van Breda was attacked by a MAKO many years ago on a downwinder in Durban (South Africa). He survived by fighting it off with his board but came out with a less than perfect souvenir board with bite marks in it.
