I think kitepower mentioned that you could design your own colour scheme with ozone kites now. They just got one with there signage on it. so yes you can do it here in Aus and i don't think its all that expensive...
Might not be flying that kite so proud when the Bombers are at the bottom of the ladder with all points stripped, half their team gone and a hefty fine to pay off.
