I posted this a while back but I'll show it again just for the new comers. Set your CL up like this and hook into either the new ring or straight onto the chicken loop. This way you have the kite set up on "suicide" but as soon as you hit the release it pops onto the safety line. works a treat and i ran my bar like that when i was riding hifis
