I have been on this program for 30 days and I absolutely endorse this for getting stronger to help me with my kiting.

I tug tone everyday...its awesome...dunno if it helps my riding though....I shred anyway so i guess it wouldnt matter...

That is a great product. I used it for a year to get ready for the Professional SUP Circuit.

I helps to use it while watching Zumba DVD's.
