there will be no wind - so what happens then?
A great warm up session was had by quite a few Kiters for the Gold Coast Kite Jam today with smooth constant winds from the NE at approx 20 to 23 kts. Tomorrows forcast for the GC according to the News media is for 15 to 20 kts winds from the North to North East during the morning before a Southerly change in the afternoon of 10 to 15 kts? and some possible afternoon storms. Certainly the weather is something we do not have an on/off switch but there is still the planned Party on Saturday Evening for competitors and SEQKA members where there will be all sorts of fun and frivolity

before the final shootout of comps on Sunday. Start time for tomorrow weather permitting is 11am and we suggest those entering to be there at least an hour before hand at approx 10am
