Here is a quick update that Simon sent me last night.

First day of competition single elimination. My first heat was not so good was up agents a local rider Galliont. I was on my 9m it was fairly gusty but managed to get through I was stoked after that I was pumped and was riding well. Ended up having to verse Alex Pastor. I had a sweet heat was lots of fun. I almost stuck a clean kite loop front mob at the end of the heat but it was not enough to beat Alex. So I finished 9th in the freestyle singles

hahahaha rad, bye bye knees. I'm gonna take a pretty good punt here and say that was a no land, would love to see the sequence/ video though. Always fun seeing people go big and wipe out.
