Hi guys,

Who has tried it or heard from it?

There is a little review of it on the below link, but would be keen to have other feedbacks too (especially about jumping with it, how heavy duty is it, if it is any good for anything else than wave riding... )
http://www.foilzone.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=10987&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

Does anyone sell this in Australia?

cheers

Hi Guys.. totally interested in this.

Anyone can post the proper address where I can order it from.

I have a Nitrous seat harness from Dakine and it is the most comfortable ever. Being able to do a better toeside would just top the cake.

Cheers and good winds

V

Made the same enquiries, drop them an email and they'll respond quickly.

Do a Pay Pal for payment of $99.00 USD. There's no distributor in Oz yet unfortunately. There would be good demand for this type of product I'd guess.

There are always the "I just..." ludites!
Looks like a very good idea. Can't wait to get one. Makes total sense.

I've taken the plunge also, ordered one so I should be able to give a review soon.

Get the spreader bar first and the directional board second.

Hi Ian, quiz night was good, Gary & the Cougars are coming second.

Hey guys, just getting into the sport myself (2 lessons in) and perusing the forums to get an idea of the best gear to be getting my hands on. Saw this bar and thought it sounded good. Saw another forum that discusses it too:

kiteforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2355507

Seemed pretty positive about it. Will certainly be considering it myself.

Just check 2009 Mystic Warrior II, the clicker bar system is the future, the buckle system is about to become outdated.

Hi V, thanks for your enquiry.

This is the answer to your question. The version we send you is the latest, that is V3 with CL autolock system (the black stuff the middle of the hook).

Kind regards.

Oggetto: Information for purchase of Spreader bar for Dakine Harness

Hello,

I am interested in your Dynabar Spreader. I have a Dakine Nitrous shorts harness 2007 model and would like to know if the Spreader bar fits that particular model.

These are the shorts: www.dakine.com/

and the bar I use: www.dakine.com/kite/harnessesbars/spreader-bars/pivoting-hammerhead-kite-bar/

the pad: www.dakine.com/kite/harnessesbars/spreader-bars/spreader-bar-pad/

Before I order I just need to know that your bar will fit my shorts. If you know it fits my model please send a Paypal payment request for the 99.00 to my address and I will make an immediate payment.

Please also advise when the new model is scheduled for release. I heard through the kiteboarding forums that you are about to release a new improved bar - when / what are the new features?

Looking forward to your reply.

Regards,

Even a foreigner like myself tends to forget that language barriers make communication a little less clear than desirable[}:)]. My questions weren't answered to the letter but at least they know what type of equipment I use so I guess they must think it's suitable.

So I invested anyway .. eheh

Been out twice and still have no comment whether it is worth it or not...me leaning towards not. Think it is just a gizzmo not needed. The hook clicks around to 3 spots on the bar and it is a weird thing when it clicks over as you have an unnerving slip feeling on the bar.

I will play with it a bit longer but will most probably ditch it for my fixed spreader bar. Just having your harness loose is better I think.
