Maca, was it not true that YOU dropped/smashed your kite on the beach several times this week,did you plan no children/people to be there at that particular time??
You would (or will be after this) realize that the Club in particular Gene went through a lot of loops(no pun intended) and meetings, trying to come to a agreement, so that the authoritys dont ban us from there and possibly other spots. And that is how we came up with 'self regulation'
The prob has always been because no sign was ever placed there,which makes it hard to regulate.
We all said a few years ago that 'if theres a 25kt northerly and no-one on the beach we should still be able to kite there' and everyone at that meeting basically agreed.
See i dont have a prob with guys riding there,dammn id like to go back their myself one day, BUT if the crap hits the fan don't point the finger caus there is no one else to blame.
