How funny is it when you're hammering along, a 4 foot wave comes at you, and you think to yourself, yeah sweet, i'll just boost over it.....you kook it a bit, get airborne....and get swatted like a fly getting belted with a thong.
Hasn't happened to me for a few sessions, gave me the giggles!

I've seen a clown in a clown suit kitesurfing before...

I think the most embarrassing moment is when you get a bit tired and lazy towards the end of the session and you somehow allow the kite to pull your centre of gravity in front of your board, and you get spun around backwards and dragged into the water by your heels. Or does this only happen to me?

When I was still a beginner my kite was looping out of control on the beach and I decapitated a guy.

It only happens when its marginal winds. Have had a few funny things happen especially in big surf and lightish winds. A mate watched as I went up the face of a double o/head wave and just when I thought it wasnt going to break it did, right on top of my head. The kite went out the back of the wave and me and the board went down the front of the wave with me doing a full stretch with the board on my feet and the kite in my hands. Ended up getting pulled right through the back of the wave minus the board. Mate reckons it looked hilarious as I disappeared under the lip of the wave

When the DOCTOR forgot to hook up all his lines, when he launched the kite kept spiralling then he got saved by a girl

when me and my brother were out kiting i stacked it bad and my board was pretty far up wind. my brother stopped next to it and i thought oh this is nice hes gonna bring me my board instead he picks it up and kites off with it

I've been trying to do that to friends for ages!!!

When your kiting parrallel with Pat, chatting away and catch the front of your board and faceplant... Much to Pat's enjoyment

I have to say my two personal favourites are getting caught by the lip of a way and the over rotated back loop to half loop back slam

Failing that the carve to toeside in close to the peanut gallery never fails to get a cheer when you catch the front of the board half way round

When slightly overpowered and you gain speed and all of a sudden your board's edge is caught in chop and you face plant into the water
