Looks like the shore is parrallel with runway which should make it cross shore in typical wind direction.
Has anyone out there tired it?

no, the typical or trade winds make the surf spot offshore, the way the shoreline and palms run also put it in a wind shadow.
There is no beach at the shore with the shoreline being rocky, sharp and wave whitewater at the shoreline as well. If you've been there you'll just look at the spot and realise not a good spot for wavekiting.
The main thing is this spot is generally always offshore and in a wind shadow through the trade season.
Doesnt matter anyways, its always offshore - you dont need a kite, just go surf it.
