I spanked myself similar to this on more than one occasion..
1st attempt on 6m 25-30 knots= cracked rib and sprained ankle both at same time. Tried to kick board off when I grew mangina and didn't commit enough
2nd attempt 9m=25 knots cracked same rib again.. Actually saw stars for a few secs afterwards
Finally managed to dial them in.. Took a few goes and a read of DM's tips on loops.
